My practice is different because I’m not concerned about volume. I am more concerned about quality and happy clients. Too many advertising attorneys care more about getting clients then taking care of the clients that they have. I don’t advertise because I don’t need to. When you hire me, you will get me. I have a great staff, but when you hired me that is who you want to speak with about important matters concerning your case. I cannot tell you how many times that people have expressed their frustration with their lawyer involving a legal matter. When I ask them who their lawyer is, they say, “I don’t know. I have never met with him/her. I just talk with the paralegal.” I am not saying that you will not have interactions with my staff. But what I am saying is that when it comes to important matters or questions concerning your case, you will hear from me directly.
